the up arrow disappeared from it's original location and plotted on a bar that was impossible for the conditions to be true. I have screenshots of the chart and sheet, so I can be sure of this.

When you look at the particular cell causing that new arrow and what it references, should it be TRUE? You must evaluate it at the current moment in time. It does not help to provide us any screenshots. We would not look at those in a case like this.


Even if the new arrow should have plotted (which it should NOT in this case) the original arrow should have stayed on the chart until the max 20 rows was reached, not row 7).
