Hi support board, I have read lot of threads about if Transact/Infinity feeds Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed or some other type of feed but I am still confused. Would you please help? I am using Sierra - package 5 through Infinity futures broker, and my current data feed says "Service [trading]" because they provide me with data as well. I am trading e-mini NQ, sometime I also watch ES. The data service setup of my Sierra has also checked the option "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds". When I update symbol the instance only offers me "TransAct Trading" and is grayed out. 1) Since "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is checked I was assuming I am using Sierra Chart Real-Time Data Feed. 2) Also this thread http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#Integration explains Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed is integrated with TransAct/Infinity Live account. 3) However when I read further, I don't have [M] indicator after the Symbol on the top line of the chart or Trade DOM like described on the same thread. Would you please confirm if I am connected to Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed or Transact feed while using TransAct/Infinity Live account? I am little bit confused because Integration with Trading Services thread says "This data feed is fully and seamlessly integrated with all supported Trading services" [including TransAct/Infinity Live account] but I still don't see a [M] indicator after the Symbol on the top line of the chart or Trade DOM.
