The delay of 5 seconds with chart bars updating is exactly what you would see when Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Data and Other Settings >> Record True Real-Time Data in Intraday Charts is set to TRUE.

Confirm that it is set to FALSE. After changing this setting restart Sierra Chart or reconnect to the data feed.

Regarding the other charts not updating, restart Sierra Chart and open a chart for YM-201509-ECBOT. Post a copy of the Message Log after about a minute so we can see what has happened.
