The solution you suggested to disable the record true real-time data intraday charts to false did not work. After a restart of the chartbook the charts are not appearing at all! Your question which charts I am using is: futures of GC, SI CL, YM, eur. The futures of eoe FTA, Cac 40 and Dax are updating with the horrible delay of 5 seconds before the chart is updating according the new price. You still did not give me the solution for this failure. So the charts are not updating anymore and the few charts that do are 5 seconds delayed to the new price. Trading is not possible anymore this way. It needs instant improvement, otherwise I have to leave the Sierra chart system completely. It gives me a lot of stress! I rely on your professional support to make it happen that the program is working properly according to the expectations so that I am going to like this so far too complicated program for me...... |
