1. Please provide specific references to the CME website and what you see within Sierra Chart for a particular symbol with the historical daily data and we will verify an inconsistency and contact our data provider. We would be extremely surprised, if there is anything more than an error or two, if any. If there are numerous errors, then we suspect the data you are looking at is not from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. 2. What do you mean by: "unchecked the option to check with server on startup". We do not know what this is. The only reason we can think of the symbol might change is if you are using Chart Linking. Set the link number on the chart to None. Refer to the "Working with Charts" documentation for more information. You may have a custom study which is changing the symbol.
