When this happens is Sierra Chart running and connected to the data feed? You can tell you are connected if File >> Connect to Data Feed is disabled. You need to have the chart open where the orders originated from and Trade >> Chart Trade Mode On needs to be enabled on this chart and it needs to be set to the same symbol and Trade Account that it was set to when the orders were submitted.
