Hi again,

the AMP support gave me more information about the logic behind this situation:

Our records show that you sent a cancel on an order after a cancel request was already sent to the exchange. If you send a cancel on an order that has already had a cancel request sent you will receive that message. After 10 attempts to send a cancel on a canceled trade Rithmic will lock the account. This prevents an automated system from sending unusually high order amounts.

This error situation happens in SierraChart when I create an order with the target and stoploss orders by right-clicking on the chart.

Then I cancel the order by left-clicking over the main order "cross". The target and stoploss orders will disappear immediately BUT for some reason the main order may still be shown on the chart and then within 30 seconds I will left-click the main order again which will generate the 2nd cancel for this order causing the error situation.

The innternet says the MultiCharts had this same problem and they changed the app so you cannot send new cancels if the preivous is still under the process.
