We can tell from this Message Log that the Sierra Chart Historical Data service was used for this symbol but that data is delayed by 15 minutes and the most recent 15 minutes needs to come from Interactive Brokers. This is the error from IB: HD Request # 221 | Message from IB: The contract description specified for ASHR is ambiguous.. IB Error Code: 200.
