1. Connecting to TDA funded account (without the SC Exchange Data) and getting this message. Connects find and receiving historical data from TD. Not receiving real time quotes. Have this message. TD Ameritrade \| Streamer response: NOT_AUTHORIZED_FOR_QUOTE. Additional text: Not authorized for all quotes. \| 2015-06-19 12:11:17 Have you seen this before? 2. When signing up / using SC EXchange data with funded account, how can one be sure that one is paying the reduced exchange fees? Is that something that is selected during the sing up process?
