You need to connect to your OEC Live account. You can change the settings for this in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Let us know if you need more help.

There is also this message:

Symbol Error - ESU5 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX reject reason: Your subscription limit of 5 has been reached | 2015-06-12 07:24:55

When you are connected to your Live account you will have a 100 symbol limit.
