I recently started using Open E-Cry for trading. I was at Interactive Brokers. I have my DTS set with Allow Support for SC Data Feeds. I am subscribed to them. I also pay my CME fees at Gain(Open E-Cry) and have access to their feed. I keep getting Unrecognized symbol notifications when I open charts. The ES just rolled over to ESU5 and it tells me it does not recognize the symbol. But it downloads to the current moment, then does not continue to stream live. In Chart Settings both Symbol and Trade and Current Quote Symbol show the same ticker, ESU5. I also monitor the ZN, which is recognized and streaming fine. Help please. Thanks
