I'm not disbelieving you, but from experience, frustration will undermine one's ability to find a solution to a difficult problem. My point is: there is a solution. SC will eventually respond, but in one sense I've delayed their response because I've posted here, causing them to have to take more time to review the thread. I was trying to expedite a solution but I may have caused the opposite. |
