This is very unusual. We see that you are using Rithmic. We are working on a new release which should be out by the end of the day which isolates the Rithmic software into another process. If it is the Rithmic software causing a problem, this will resolve the issue. The only other thing we can think of, is some problem with the Filesystem I/O usually caused by anti-malware software. What anti-malware/antivirus software are you running? Those programs, can be very very troublesome and cause lots of problems that cannot be completely removed unless you completely uninstall the anti-malware/antivirus software.
