Network connection issues are very unlikely to be related to the software which is having the connection issue and definitely could not be with Sierra Chart itself. It must be an external problem.

It does appear that the Rithmic problem is a network communication issue.

In the case of Rithmic, IQ Feed and Interactive Brokers, Sierra Chart does not connect directly to any of those servers. So our ability to understand exactly what the problem is, is impossible.
