What we see on the server matches what you see in the data file. It is impossible for us to comment on this unless we can actually see it occur in real time and know exactly what is going on. There really is no chance for there to be a difference that you are showing when the data stored in real-time and if the historical data is not re-downloaded. So there must be some other explanation for this. Also, what do you have Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Number of Stored Time and Sales Records set to? Set this to at least 5000.
