Hi I have referred to the help topic 30: I don't think the delay on orders sent to the DOM and routed to the exchange got to do with these reasons. FYI, there are no latencies on an intraday chart or anything else in SC. It's only when I place/cancel orders on the DOM has a 2-3s delay, which is extremely frustrating. This issue will most likely happen once in awhile when I update SC, then everything will be back to normal the next day. I don't have this order placement issue for quite sometime, it only happened this week. By the way, I have attached my PC Performance just for your reference.
