We see one version of Sierra Chart you are running is significantly out of date. It probably will not change anything, but please update when you can by following these instructions:

If the order cannot be moved or deleted, then this means most likely that is no longer working with Interactive Brokers. In this case select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service to cause it to disappear.
