Run Trader Workstation and check to see if there any working orders there. That is the best thing to do.

You can see the open orders in Sierra Chart through the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab.

If you are having any difficulty with Sierra Chart and you have a live position, then go to Trader Workstation and take any action that you need to on that position.

We are not quite certain what is meant by "SC will not respond at all". This can have various meanings. Could you please be more specific.
