The problem is that during the time when I wanted to cancel or adjust my working orders, SC will not reposnd at all. That scares me in a great deal. Spceilly consider that is live trade that I mistaken switched to. I called IB and they told me there is no wrking order under my accoutn and wanted me to cofirm it with SC. I later on close my chartbook at SC and reopen it again, This time, it looks like there is no wrking order at my chart. However, I just want to make sure (1) there is no working order sending out from your end and (2) your suggestion on what I should do for this sacry situation next time if I am doing live trade?
