Dear support team, My SC doesn't show the correct entry level for a trade in DAX (CFD with IB) on the chart, however it shows the correct data in "positions and orders tab". Instead it uses the entry data of an old trade which I entered two weeks ago, but is long closed already. I sometimes open orders not on SC, but also on mobile TWS. I tried everything already that is described in http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeStatusWindows.html#IncorrectlyReportedTradePosition What can I do that the chart (attached chart trader and opening line) shows the correct entry position?
