1. In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service you can use the symbol $TICK to get data further back in time. 2. In general the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is a very good data feed. The Bid Volume and Ask Volume for the CME market is 100% accurate. On one of the servers, lately we have had a problem with some packet loss from the CME which does affect the real-time data transmission to an approximate extent of 0.05%. We are working on resolving this problem and expect it should be resolved in the next 2 to 3 weeks. The server uptime is very good and should be around 99.9%.
