We were concerned that the recent work we did on the Rithmic bridge program was the cause of this:

1. Trade service is listing open positions incorrectly. I held overnight at a price ES-M5 of 2086.75 and during the night the average position shows 2097.96/ This seems to most likely be a Rithmic problem, but I list it in case it it causing other problems.
2. Everytime I place a trade the system disconnects and after about 5-10 seconds reconnect. It seems that trades are being placed but during disconnect shown as a market order. It unclear to me if its filling before or after the trade is placed.
3. During this trade related OCO order are place but upon reconnect not filled and disappear.

We cannot duplicate any of these issues. What we are suspecting has happened is that possibly you are not running a Rithmic bridge program which matches up to the current version of Sierra Chart.

What we want you to do is exit from Sierra Chart and delete the following file:
C:\SierraChart\Rim\DTCBridge.com

After this is done select Help >> Download Prerelease to update Sierra Chart and get the bridge program installed again. Here are instructions:
