The problem is at the end of March, the Additional Services Balance was too low to renew the data feed:

Market Data Account: Barchart Account () has been flagged for deletion at end of current billing period on Barchart system. Reason for delete: Insufficient Balance.| Barchart result: OK

We see that you have added more credit. But you need to reactivate the data feed and exchanges here:

After this is done restart Sierra Chart and you should be good to go.
