I am having an issue with my Interactive Brokers login. The connection is showing "green" at the top right of the main window but I am receiving an error message and my data is not updating. I am using IB with Sierra Chart data feed. The error messagesays the following: HD Request # 17 | Message from IB: Error validating request:-'ud' : cause - Please enter a valid security type. IB Error Code: 321. Request ID: 17. | 2015-04-01 13:45:11 How do I fix this issue. It just happened this morning. Chris |
