1. We have looked at the Message Log and you are getting a "permission denied" error from the Rithmic system. Contact your broker and make sure your Rithmic account is authorized for the symbols you want to trade. 2. This is very unusual. We do not have a good sense of why something like this would happen. So you cannot move or resize tthe chart windows? The resizing and moving of a window is handled by the operating system. So not sure how we could really help with this. We recommend creating new charts, but that does not really make sense to have to do something like that. But if that helps, that probably is the best thing to do.
