It was much later, after I had spent almost 10 hours trying out countless combinations of keys to find out which ones work and which one don't, I finally found this list of SC Default Shortcuts that, can not be used as custom shortcuts. Unfortunately, I attached a wrong image, I meant to attached the image that show the "CTL+ALT+SHFT+A (and all letters A-Z)" combination do not work, but ""CTL+ALT+SHFT+8 (and all number 0-9)" do work, but unless we test each combination out individually, there is no way of knowing which ones work and which ones don't work, I showed that as example, because I had to test many more other combinations to find enough working combinations for all the commands I need shortcuts for.
