You really should ask your broker or TransAct support about the delay. In our experience there should not be any delay. What you are referring to is the speed of the market depth updating. To get the same behavior that you see on the Infinity DOM, you will want to uncheck the following: Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >>Data Feed Settings >> Send Trades Only. and restart Sierra Chart.
