Hello, I have a problem with loading FOREX data necessary for the pair CAD / CHF and other couples, where I'm writing in Sierrachart: HD Request # 32 ; Requesting Day 1 of data at 30 secs ending with Date-Time at 3/23/2015 9:17:34 for CAD.CHF-CASH-IDEALPRO ; 3/25/2015 9:28:54 HD Request # 32 ; Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error message: Historical data request pacing violation. IB Error Code: 162 Request ID: 391 ; 3/25/2015 9:28:54 HD Request # 32 ; IB Backfill - Seconds Requested: 86,400th Seconds Remaining: 91,200th ; 3/25/2015 9:28:57 I do not read historical data. Please do not know what's wrong? This to me was written off from the IB: Evan S: Please contact Sierrachart customer service to check how to avoid the 162 error(historical data limitation) Evan S: It seems that Sierrachart block the historical data limitation of API which make the error raised.
