The problem is obviously related to this: Thanks for the quick reply. On your suggestion I investigated the scale settings for the studies. It appears that this only occurs when the TPO study scale settings are Constant Range AND with auto-centre OFF. The VBP scale is left on 'automatic'.
This is the very first time anyone has brought up an issue like this and to our knowledge have used this kind of scale configuration with the TPO Profile Chart study.
