I understand your skepticism but I have had this problem on/off for the last month or so. After you responded to the above I followed your directions. Yesterday I restarted SC, no chartbooks were open, and used a clean chart book to apply a user contributed study and it crashed. Could it be a incompatible user contributed study? Thanks
