i have been through DTN support, s5trading support, and everyone agrees this is a Sierra issue. i have followed your directions on setting up my 2 copies of Sierra for DTN and OEC data, and everything works except i am not getting T&S prints transferred from the bkgd copy of SC to the main copy of SC. Time & Sales window shows that the prints are in fact coming through to the T&S window, but not to the chart. so the data is there, just not being displayed. chartDOM colors are not the issue (i can see OEC prints just fine when hooked up to that feed). this is a serious trading issue and i need some troubleshooting information that might reveal where the problem lies. what is different about printing T&S on a chartDOM vs on the T&S window? is the process somehow different to each window? is the data coming from the correct symbol for chartDOM ('Symbol' or 'Trade and Current Quote Symbol' in Chart Settings)? my Chart Settings are attached. please think about this, s5Trading and DTN both want to see this solved. |
