User has been called and problem resolved. We also know now why this happened: Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: CL.20150400.CME_NY. MarketDataSymbolID does not match the ID used for the market data request. | 2015-03-02 15:29:04 It had to do with a problem with the symbol settings having CQG settings in the list for CTS T4.
