Post From: How to link quote spreadsheet to chart?

Hello,

What I'm looking for is a way to link a quote spreadsheet to a chart, so that I can navigate up down on the spreadsheet or click on a row and the chart's symbol will automatically change. All I have found is something about a menu option "Chart -> Link to Quote Spreadsheet" which doesn't exist in my version of SierraChart. So from what I can deduce, the feature I am looking for used to be available but has not been ported to the non-CLR version?

I know there is a 'watchlist' functionality but it seems clunky and not really possible to use in the way that I need, which is to be able to manage several watchlists and to be able to bring up any watchlist which I happen to be working with and link it to the chart I am using. Or at the very least open up a new chart and have that new chart continue to show the currently selected symbol in the quote spreadsheet I am working with. The 'watchlist' feature seems to have a 1-to-1 relationship with a chart (i.e. 1 watchlist to 1 chart) which is not useful to me.

Forgive me if this is documented somewhere, but all of the forum postings and documentation I found seem to be out of date. Any help is appreciated. I'm currently having to maintain a subscription to my old charting software service just to manage my watchlists in this way, since I haven't found a way to do it within SierraChart yet!

Thanks!
