The simple answer to this is to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Second. The reduction in accuracy is small especially when looking at volume profiles over a long period of time. You also need to realize that the quality of the data feed can affect accuracy as well and that can be a much more significant effect than the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. After changing this setting, go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This only needs to be done once for each symbol.
