Hi there, my SCs platform is freezing up more and more consistently. I have 'Delete and Download Data' and 'Delete All Data and Download' but nothing seems to change. I have also shut down platform at the time it freezes but again does not seem to correct things. I am using 'Use Date Range' on all my charts [8-12 max charts open at a time] From 2014-10-1 and wondered if there is too much data being processed, however that does not seem a lot. My SCs platform use to be very crisp and worked well without any problems - so something is not right. Your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks and regards, Mark |
