Do you see the time and sales updating for the symbol in the source instance of Sierra Chart?
yes, i do. i think i have found the issue. this from the Message Log helped: Symbol Error - 6EH5 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. FIX reject reason: Data feed is not entitled | 2015-01-22 12:36:22 my broker's platform recently started charging for data, and i need to sign up. thanks for your patience in helping me figure this out.
