Same here. There was always spreads backfill... until 2-3 months ago. From my understanding Optimus is responsible for the backfill to Rithmic so I contacted Matt, which said "contact SC". When I asked if it wasn't Optimus that supply the backfill he said "post about this on our forum so my tech will take care of this". 3-4 weeks passed and still no respond and no back fill. Did something change? Does SC now supply the backfill to Rithmic even when its thru Optimus? |
