Hi, so this is still appears to be an issue..even with the latest version. I'll create a Horizontal Trendline with Horizontal Line Tool, set an Alert should the price go above/below it, set it to "Alert Once Per Bar" but it keeps firing Alerts. Particularly on a Daily Chart. Please take a look into this or let me know how I might assist as presently I'm dragging the trendline to a different level to prevent the continual alerts..and no doubt that's not desirable for me.
