You can open multiple charts within a Chartbook and detach them by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DetachingandAttachingChartWindows.html When you detach them, they are normal top-level windows that can be resized and repositioned. That is all standard Windows operating system usage and it should be quite obvious what to do.
