Hello, I use Sierra Charts on Windows 7 Pro. I have never had any problems with it. Today I opened the program and it said that an update is available that I should go to "Help -> Download" so I did. I chose the "old spreadsheet" version, but I do not use that feature anyway. The update downloaded and ran successfully from what I could see. Now when I click the icon to start the application, it thinks about it for a second, but doesn't do anything after that. This PC only runs Sierra Charts and nothing else and has always worked just fine. I have tried several restarts, but no changes. When I double-click the icon, literally nothing happens at all. This only started immediately after the update restart. Can I uninstall the update somehow? Please help me get this fixed! Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-01-18 11:53:53
