It sounds like the problem is what is described in help topic 3.3: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#h3.3 Go to one of those charts that is not updating and select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol Settings and press OK. This will ensure the charts update during US stock market hours. Those charts will not update at this time because the US stock market is closed.
