It is very complicated. NinjaTrader is much more easier. Sorry, I go there. It is your fault. No, it is not our fault. This is fully the responsibility of Rithmic and your broker. A permission denied error, can have numerous causes and is from the Rithmic system. And Rithmic has been told about this problem many many times. It is not something we have any control over at all. Ninja uses a completely different kind of method to connect to Rithmic. From what we are told, it is a very old API component from Rithmic and does not have apparently all the same connection issues.
