For more than a year now Sierra Chart has offered its own historical and real-time data feed for futures and US equities with data from various exchanges. Complete details about this data feed can be found here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Now that all users of CME data have to pay fees, if the data feed you have from your broker does not meet the quality requirements you have, then you may want to consider using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You can then cancel the data feed you have from your broker. The only additional cost is 35 USD a month. Plus the exchange fees which you are paying now anyway. So you would cancel the exchange fees you pay to the broker and pay them with the Sierra Chart data feed plus the 35 a month. It is only possible to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed with a direct Sierra Chart account that you pay for. It is not supported with broker provided accounts. If you have a broker provided account, refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
