This is not relevant to the problem.What does "Subscribing to market data in the service client is not supported." mean? This only applies to real-time data which is not provided with the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. Try the historical daily downloads again by following the instructions on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalDownload.html If you still have a problem, then there is a communication problem on your side. There is little doubt about this. But it does not mean that it is on your system.
