In general you do need to ask TransAct about why there was a failure to place the order with TransAct. We do not know the reason. Was this order one of the Attached Orders or one of the parent Buy/Sell Stop orders:? "Trade Order Error - Transact Futures order update (Order reject). Info: Failed to Place Order.
