As I have previously noted I'm running another data feed that never goes down, verified by moving prices on the DOM, to rule out that the fault doesn't lie with the internet server provider. This is clearly evident when sierra chart dom lose connection while the other dom is up and running fine.

What I suspect it could be something wrong with the fix protocol as I have heard that this could cause disconnection issues especially with a demo feed or it could be an MTU setting on the router, anyways it is clear to me that I need to look further into this. Also as noted in the log file it report an error code 10053, which is some kind of socket error.
