Currently I use SierraCharts with AmpFutures as my data provider. I log in to SierraCharts from a SierraCharts icon in my desk top. I just opened a brokerage account in InfinityFutures which also uses SierraCharts platform. When I log into the InfintyFutures trading platform (InfinityAT), the SierraCharts failed to open. When the technical service representative from InfinityFutures looked at my computer using remote control, he says the SierraCharts crashes every time it tries to open. In the mean time, if I tried to open the SierraCharts using AmpFutures connection, the SieraCharts platform opens normally. The Technician in InfinityFutures has asked me to post this problem in this message board and said they do not have an answer.
