Hi Support,

I contacted CTS and there is no issue it seems from there end.

I currently receive all exchanges and data through the T4 platform including the ES.

Per your last response, symbol improperly formatted might be the cause.

I know CTS has changed symbols in the past and you guys have had issues with this before.

Could it be the same problem of CTS just updating there platform recently to a newer issue and likely adjusting symbols again which are not being picked up by Sierra chart?

Again all data is being received on T4 but just not connecting to Sierra chart. I can only assume the CTS symbols have changed. However im not an expert in this and just suggesting what a past occurrence resembled.

Please let me know if you guys can at least access T4 up to date charts as well if not only myself.
