Start Sierra Chart with this following commandline parameter: /dhttplog Try to connect to TD Ameritrade and wait about a minute. You will then notice this log file in the Sierra Chart Data subfolder: Async HTTP Ameritrade.log You will need to send this to support AT Sierra Chart.com. At the top of the file you will see your password and you can remove that or change the password on your TD Ameritrade account after sending the file.
