This problem requires in-depth analysis as to the data that TD Ameritrade is sending back. Something is not right. When we do a test we do not see this problem Not sure if you are familiar with starting a program from the Command line and specifying a command line parameter to Sierra Chart. If so, we will give you instructions. If not, we would require your Ameritrade username and password so that we can test this.
